About Lyn
Qualifications - Bachelor of Health science, Full Member of NZAC
My approach is warm, supportive and centred on creating a safe space for healing and growth. My Māori heritage shapes the way I build relationships- manaakitanga, pono and aroha. I offer a reassurance presence, steady energy and practical holistic approach that helps people feel safe and understood and supported.
I am passionate about supporting in your wellbeing through compassionate listening, gentle grounding, and meaningful connection. My experience spans youth mental health, women’ wellbeing, trauma recovery and crisis support. I am passionate about walking alongside rangatahi, women and whānau as they navigate challenges, build resilience and reconnect with their strengths.
